Requirements for earning the certification
You must be a Saudi citizen
The program is currently available only to Saudi citizens.
You must be an HR professional or interested in working in HR

You must complete the required training in full
You must attend and complete all training sessions included in the program. Missing even one training session will result in losing eligibility to receive the certification for that training cycle.
You must pass the Ektefa Professional User Exam
After completing the training, you must pass the Ektefa Professional User Exam according to the approved passing criteria.
You must register on the Kader recruitment platform
Applicants must register on the Kader recruitment platform through cadre.sa, and complete all required CV and professional profile fields on the Kader platform or application before submitting the certification request.
You must submit a certification application
After completing your Kader profile, submit the Ektefa Professional Certification application form with all required information.

Complete your CV in full
Complete all sections of your professional profile on Kader, including your personal information, qualifications, specialization, experience, skills, and training courses. Apply for the certification
After completing your Kader profile, fill out the Ektefa Professional Certification application form.
Your application will be reviewed

Receive your training invitation

Complete the training in full
